Curated Curiosity

I’m a lifelong learner- forever curious and always ready to deep dive into something new. It’s a great trait to have… though I’ve learned that without a little structure, curiosity can quickly turn into overwhelm. Too much of a good thing is still too much (ask me how I know).

Curated Curiosity is what happens when I allow myself to become fully engaged in something new, with intention. It’s the freedom to be a beginner, again and again, without rushing to master or perform. There’s something special about entering unfamiliar territory and letting yourself simply be present.

Here, I share that journey in real time- from culinary classes and global flavors to new interests, creative pursuits, and seasonal curiosities. No pressure to have it all figured out. Just room to explore.

Staying curious keeps life interesting. And I plan to keep it that way.
